Morgan Lieberman

Morgan Lieberman is a Los Angeles–based visual artist whose work in photography and film explores the intersection of authenticity, empathy, and vibrancy. Guided by a belief that storytelling is most powerful when rooted in lived experience, she approaches each assignment—whether editorial, documentary, or commercial—with a balance of curiosity and care. Her portfolio spans a wide spectrum, from documenting long-form narratives on social issues to creating dynamic campaigns for international brands. With a practice defined by versatility and a commitment to human connection, Lieberman’s imagery has been commissioned by TIME, National Geographic, NPR, The New York Times, and The WSJ, as well as with clients like Amazon, Spotify, Lufthansa, and Smirnoff. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, she has been honored as a Critical Mass Top 200 recipient, a 2025 POYi Finalist, and a featured participant in The New York Portfolio Review. She continues to expand her practice as part of Cornell University’s MFA Image Text Program.
